MY PENSION PORTAL QUERIES
  • Once you’ve logged in to My pension portal, click on the ‘See’ tab and Personal details. This will take you to the information we hold about you including your address. If any of this information is wrong then please let the Scheme administrators know by emailing raytheonpensions@buck.com or phoning 0330 123 0355.

  • Click on 'Forgotten password' in the first instance.  If you can't resolve the issue by changing your password, then please contact the Scheme Administrator who’ll be able to re-set your account for you.

  • When on the login page simply click on ‘Forgotten password’. 

  • Contact the Scheme Administrator who’ll be able to re-send it to you.

  • Click on 'Forgotten password' to re-set your password.  If you still can't get in to the portal, please contact the Scheme Administrator.
