You have a defined benefit (DB) pension in the Raytheon Systems Limited Pension Scheme.

This means your pension benefits are worked out with a formula based on:

  • the section of the Scheme you are in, and
  • part of your salary.
Your pension may give you:
  • A regular income in retirement;
  • A cash sum option when you retire;
  • Benefits for family and dependants should you die;
  • Help if you suffer from serious ill-health before you retire; and
  • A tax-efficient way of contributing towards your financial future.

There are three different sections in the Scheme and your benefits will be different depending on which one you belong to.
